I often hear that one of the most important things in a healthy relationship is trust. To me trust is a cornerstone on growing a relationship in a fashion that brings out the best in all involved. Yet it seems we place trust on the outside of us. I need to trust you. You need to trust me. How about I need to trust me? If I trust ME to make the right decisions for ME, then all of my actions will be based on love and trust to make the right decisions for me. I trust (insert person) as I trust myself SO MUCH that I chose to include (name) in my life. I trust this (insert event) will work out perfectly as I trust myself SO MUCH to make the right decision and know all is good.
