Sweet Dreams
When you climb into bed at night, what do you take with you? Do you take love or fear to bed with you? Do you take your dreams and desires to bed with you? Or do you take limiting beliefs to bed with you?
Set the stage for amazing dreams by spending five minutes prior to falling asleep to your dreams and desires. Dr. Wayne Dyer says the five minutes prior to falling asleep is pivotal as these thoughts fill your unconscious mind as you sleep creating your reality when you wake. So turn off the TV – especially news and fear based programs, and start filling your sleepy head with thoughts of your dreams and desires. Fill your head with love, gratitude, peace, kindness, and having a life abundantly filled. Fill your head with loving relationships. Fill your head with doing what you love. Fill you head with amazing vacations. Fill you head with a peaceful world. Fill your head with health. Simply fill your head with visions of your best self which is a loving, kind, fun, and compassionate person.

For the next week I invite you to spend five minutes before you fall asleep by filling your thoughts with:
Peace – seeing your life filled with peace, you are at peace, your family is at peace, your community is at peace, and your world is at peace.
Love – seeing your life filled with loving relationships: romantic, family, friends, and colleagues as everyone in your life is filled with love.
Faith – knowing that all is truly well in your life as even contrasting experiences simply help define what you do want.
Gratitude – being grateful for exactly where you are, where you’ve been, and where you are going.
Mostly, I wish that when you climb into bed tonight, you take with you hope, gratitude, love, appreciation, happiness, and peace and leave behind any fear based thoughts. Prepare yourself for an amazing nights sleep in which you wake up thrilled to start another day.
Until next time, sweet dreams, and realize, there is always room for a teddy bear too!
Hugs,
Carol
