So Long
Have you ever struggled with saying goodbye to a relationship that isn’t for your highest good? Have you ever struggled in saying goodbye to a job that doesn’t allow you to soar? How about saying goodbye to circumstances that no longer serve you (over consumption of alcohol, smoking, or food are just a few examples)?
Saying goodbye can often be challenging even if we know it’s for the best for all involved. We get comfortable with the known even if it isn’t always pleasant. ‘Good’ or ‘bad’, we know what is expected of us in that relationship, in that job, in that circumstance and the unknown of a new relationship, a new job, or new circumstances can be scary. Perhaps you’ve labeled past experiences as failures, so expecting a new outcome might be hard to imagine.
Don’t allow your limiting beliefs of ‘it’s always been this way’ to keep you from soaring into greatness, into peace, into pure love of every experience. Let your new belief become everything always works out for me and my experiences are fun, loving, and peaceful. Your newfound belief in yourself may bring happiness and love into your current relationships, careers and circumstances or simply pave the way for new situations to come forth. Release your limiting beliefs of not deserving amazing relationships, a fantastic career, and fun experiences by sending them off gently with great love as they have brought you to today, to NOW. Become the limitless person you are by saying so long to fear and hello to possibilities.

For the next week, I invite you to say so long to limiting beliefs that no longer serve you by:
Affirming that you are a gift to the world as you choose to live your highest self
Appreciating the relationships, jobs, and circumstances from your past and present as they have brought you to NOW and have given you strength and courage to choose your highest self
Being gentle and loving to yourself and others as you step into your highest self which is pure love for you, others, and life.
Mostly, I wish for you the ability to see all of your experiences both pleasant and contrasting as options for you to choose love over fear, kindness over anger, and peace over conflict.
Until next time, goodbye to fear and HELLO to Happiness!
Hugs,
Carol
