Imagine the Unimaginable

Come with me and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination. Imagine that – a world of pure imagination. Do you imagine possibilities or impossibilities? Do you imagine your business meeting being successful and everyone is on board to move forward? Or do you imagine a power struggle of ego and little accomplishment. Do you imagine your romantic relationship in the very best light showering it with love? Or do you imagine conflict and discontent? Do you imagine yourself as an amazing person who always does their best in life? Or do you imagine yourself as not worthy, not loveable?

As in the movie, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, I am giving you a golden ticket to imagine your greatest life. Imagination whether used for possibilities or impossibilities is a powerful tool, so imagine greatness rather than unworthiness. When you start to imagine your life in a positive light filled with love, joy, and peace, your outer world will evolve to match your inner reality. So start imagining all the love, peace, happiness, laughter, joy, and abundance, you could possibly ever imagine.

AFFIRMATION: I am the change I want to see in the world

For the next week, I invite you to use your golden ticket to imagine the unimaginable.

Imagine that TODAY is the best day of your life. Celebrate that you are healthy, loving, and alive.

Imagine that your dream job is here NOW. You are a valued, successful, productive person who works with a great team of wonderful people.

Imagine that your dream relationship is here NOW. You and your partner are the perfect blend as you treat each other with utmost respect, compassion, silliness, hopefulness, humility, love, by allowing each other to be individuals who blend well together.

Imagine that your health is perfect TODAY. You nourish mind, body, and spirit daily.

Mostly, I invite you to imagine the unimaginable. To be the change you want to see in the world by loving yourself, loving life, and loving others. Stay within yourself as one person making a difference. Your change will filter out to those you love, and then to their friends and family, and then to their friends and family, and so on and so on. Imagine change one person at a time.

Until next time, simply imagine greatness.

Keep living big, loving big, and laughing along the journey.

Keep Your Eye on the Ball

What are your dreams, desires, goals, and passion? I bet all of them revolve around love, peace, health, abundance, and happiness. Now ask yourself, what do you spend most of your time focusing on? Do you focus on love or fear? Do you focus on peace or fear? Do you focus on abundance or fear? Do you focus on happiness or fear?

Keep your eye on the ball. If your dream is a loving romantic relationship, focus on feeling loved rather than feeling alone. If your dream is to live in peace, focus on what brings you peace, rather than world conflicts. If your dream is financial freedom, focus on abundance rather than what is going on with current economy. If your dream is being happy, focus on what brings your joy rather than what brings you sadness. Be the change you want to see in the world by focusing on your own reality. If we each stood up and created our reality of love, peace, health, abundance, and happiness at the individual level, I promise you, the world would change.

AFFIRMATION: I am focused on being my best in every situation.

“The eyes are the gateway to the soul.”  ~ Herman Melville

For the next week, I invite you to refocus by being:

Aware of your dreams: Stay plugged in, revved up, and excited about your dreams. When contrast shows up, refocus on loving thoughts.

Grateful: Be grateful for all the amazing things in your life, even if they are seemingly small, and when contrast shows up, refocus on loving thoughts.

Appreciative: Appreciate yourself, others, and life. Talk up the good things going on in your life, and when contrast shows up, refocus on loving thoughts.

Mostly, my wish for you this week is to realize your focus is your reality, so focus on your desires and send loving thoughts to your fears. Focus on love. Focus on wellness. Focus on abundance. Focus on joy. Focus on a better feeling when contrast shows up. Refocus on all the goodness, love, and joy the world offers.

Until next time, focus on living your life fulfilled.

Keep living big, loving big, and laughing along the journey.

Are You Ready?

Each week my messages are on living life fulfilled, seeing the positive that life has to offer, and stepping into your greatness. I ask you to see contrasts as challenges rather than negative experiences. The message is often the same, live your life fulfilled, each week the words simply paint a different picture on creating that vision.

This week, I am asking you to take a challenge with me. Are you ready to accept your challenge for the next week? It’s just 168 hours I am asking of you.

I challenge you to choose only good thoughts this week. Each moment, each hour, each morning, noon, or night, I ask you to say an enthusiastic YES to the thoughts that make you feel good and say cancel cancel (or any term that works for you) to fear based thoughts.

I ask that you challenge yourself to turn off the news, even if you ‘think’ you have to be kept informed about the market, the war, etc., as the world will still rotate without you being plugged into the fear based news.

I ask that you consider the impact on the world of you focusing on the positive, your family focusing on the positive, your friends focusing on the positive, your community focusing on the positive, your city focusing on the positive, your state, your country, and so on. Imagine the effect positive focus could have on the globe.

I ask that you challenge yourself not to blame others for whatever you feel isn’t going right in your life – and that includes not blaming yourself.

I ask that you challenge yourself to see only the silver lining and not the perceived ‘bigger’ gray cloud that you may be facing.

And lastly, I ask you to appreciate that you are able to recognize negative thoughts as they creep in. Awareness is when true change can take place. Some people walk around in a fog of negativity without being able to identify it. You’ve chosen to identify it and say, thanks but no thanks. YAY You!

AFFIRMATION: I see the best in every experience.

(S)HE SAID:

“Its lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believed in myself.”  ~ Muhammad Ali

“Life’s challenges are not supposed to paralyze you; they’re supposed to help you discover who you are.”  ~ Bernice Johnson Reagon

“The poet and the politician have this in common: their greatness depends on the courage with which they face the challenges in life.”

 ~ John Fitzgerald Kennedy

“Opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition – such as lifting weights – we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity.”  ~ Stephen R. Covey

For the next week I invite you to wear my rose colored glasses by:

Unplugging yourself from fear based information – turn off the news. Don’t engage in conversations about how bad things are in the world today. Focus on the positive in every situation as it’s there if you look for it.

Plugging into hope; Plugging into your dreams and desires; Plugging into love; Plugging into faith. Congratulate yourself on all that you’ve accomplished in your life. Say YAY me for even the smallest shift into being part of the positive energy that is just waiting for you to allow it in and welcome you to your dreams and desires.

Mostly, I challenge you to empower yourself by saying YES to your dreams and desires. You are the only one who can stop them from happening with doubt and fear. Wear your rose colored glasses with pride. Smile when someone calls you a Pollyanna and toss in a thank you.

Until next time, let me know how those rose colored glasses are working for you as I think they enhance your beauty!

Keep living big, loving big, and laughing along the journey.
~Carol
