I Want

What do you want in your life at this very moment? Not when you have more money. Not when you’ve lost 10 pounds. Not in six months or five years. What do you want today? 

Do you want peace of mind yet focus on chaos. Do you want peace of mind yet focus on conflict?
 
Do you want true love yet focus on the lack of love in your life? Do you want true love yet talk about how many bad dates you’ve had? Do you want true love yet discuss what was wrong with your ex in your previous relationship?
 
Do you want security yet focus your attention on the unemployment rate? Do you want security yet you worry about crime? 

Do you want good health yet discuss your aches and pains? Do you want good health but focus on pandemics and unfavorable survival statistics?

 Empower yourself with the knowledge of being a deserving person of goodness, love, health, and abundance. Empower yourself to see all the love that surrounds you. Empower yourself to see that the employment rate is much higher than the unemployment rate. Empower yourself to take control of your health by realizing your own belief system has amazing healing powers. Empower yourself to believe in YOU. Empower yourself to see peace over conflict, love over hatred, abundance over lack, and possibilities over impossibilities.

For the next week I invite you to BE what it is you want by focusing on:

Peace – when conflict, anxiety, anger, or other fear based emotions arise, take a deep breath and say “I choose peaceful thoughts.” From that space of peace, it becomes a choice on whether to continue with the non-peaceful thoughts or move towards what you do want – PEACE.

Love – see all the love that is in your life right at this very moment. Notice the healthy romantic relationships of your friends and family as examples to emulate. Love you! When fear arises, take a deep breath and say “I choose loving thoughts.” From that space of love, it becomes a choice on whether to continue with non-loving thoughts or move towards what you do want – LOVE.

Security by knowing you have the inner tools and strength to create your own security regardless of what the outside world is telling you from a fear base. Focus on you and me rather than you or me. When fear arises, say “I choose secure thoughts.” From that space of security it becomes a choice on whether to continue non-secure thoughts or move towards what you do want – SECURITY.
 
Health by knowing that your body has amazing healing abilities and affirm you are a fine tuned machine that embraces life. When fear arises, take a deep breath and say “I choose healthy thoughts.” From that space of health it becomes a choice on whether to continue non-healthy thoughts or move towards what you do want – HEALTH.
 
Mostly, my wish for you is to look through rose colored glasses and focus your attention on hope and possibilities. See all the possibilities that life has to offer you. Focus your attention on goodness, love, health, and prosperity. I promise if you do, you will see a lot more of it showing up in your life. And just think if we all shifted our focus on hope and possibilities, what we could achieve for all the world citizens.

We Are The World

Do you ever get overwhelmed with life? You turn on the news and you are submerged in a world of confusion, conflict, crisis, and worry. The magnitude of the message can be overwhelming. There are nearly 7 billion people in the world so how can you, one person, possibly make a difference with such huge challenges the world seemingly faces.

 I often talk about being the change the world seeks, but how? I ask you to remove the weight of world issues from your shoulders and simply start with you. Rather than seeing the world as 7 billion people, see the world as 1 person 7 billion times. If each person creates peace, harmony, love, abundance, acceptance, health and embraced diversity in their own lives, imagine where the world would be.

 Affirmation: I see the good in me and everyone I come in contact with today as we are the world.

 For the next week, I invite you to be a world citizen by:

 Downsizing: Revisit any overwhelming statistics such as 3 million people infected with etc., and see 1 person dealing with a challenge and hold them in your heart of abundance, health, and love.

 Serving: others and yourself. Focus on the good things that are going on in your life and share that with others. Whether giving of money, time, or talent, help lift one person around you. If we each lifted one person – WOW!

 Being the change: by living your highest life. Live your life in a state of peace, joy, freedom, abundance, compassion, and love and it will have an effect on all you touch. When you choose to help others, do so from a place of love rather than sympathy. Shine that light of hope, courage, and love to those who it’s been dimmed by challenges.

 Mostly, I invite you to relax your shoulders as when you see good over evil, happiness over sadness, abundance over lack, peace over conflict, the world will show you that even though we come from different backgrounds, there are 7 million people who at their core seek what you do, a world of peace, harmony, prosperity, and love.
