Any fear based thought can be turned around into a loving thought. So sit with the thought a moment. Ask is it an empowering or dis-empowering thought and move through it with awareness. Be gentle, be compassionate, and be loving.

Awareness of your thoughts allows you to make changes as needed, and thus allowing you to soar where you once flew
