Namaste! I love this greeting as I aspire to be one that sees and welcomes the potentials and possibilities in all that I meet. Positive focus has become part of my journey as I aspire to become more of what is possible. The camaraderie, positive encouragement, loving community and opportunity to share and synergize with other powerful people (we all are) is something that I have come to deeply appreciate and enjoy. There is so much room in my life and within Positive focus to grow and become!

Personally, I have been actively involved in “new thought” for over 20 years. I have many “favorite” wisdom teachings that I have grown from with a list that is continually growing. My experiences, skills and interests include: Physical Wellness, Energy Wellness and Healing, Leadership and Management, Life Coaching and all that makes my life a greater expression of that which I am. My professional credentials include a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, Licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor, Certification in Leadership Excellence, Reiki II Certification, Completion of One year Clairvoyant Training and Energy Healing Program.
