As I recognize the power and beauty of the oneness of the universe, I am in awe. I am in awe that this life force enters my body in every inhale I take and is shared with the universe with every exhale. I am grateful knowing this life force is in me, around me, and a part of the ALL. As I know that all is good, love, whole, and complete with the universe, I claim that perfection within me. As I drift into a restful sleep I claim that each breath brings in calmness, relaxation, and peace. All tension, fear, and worry leave me with each exhale. I release this claim of my inner and outer peace here and now, knowing that it is already done in the eyes of the universe. And I give thanks knowing that as I allow peace to flow, it comes to me in great abundance.And So It Is.

I am so grateful for the infinite power of Source. And simply by knowing that Source is love, peace, joy, and allowing, I know all is well.

I claim within the power of knowing of these truths that my life is filled with everything I need and that includes time. I have more than enough time as all of my dreams and desires manifest effortlessly and in perfect timing. Time is relative and whatever time I need to accomplish an inspired action opens itself to me in a peaceful and graceful manner. There is no need to feel rushed as Source provides me with all the time I need. Everyday I wake up inspired, calm, and ready to embrace a wonderful day filled with miracles and magic. Through Source, my mind and body know when to take action and when to rest and be still.

I am grateful in knowing this truth and living in the flow of an amazing life. Today as I bask in the sunlight of a crisp autumn day, I sit in wonderment of the power of the Universe and know it’s truth of pure joy, happiness, and delight.This joy, happiness, and delight engulfs my every breath. It is around me, in me, and through me, and I am so grateful knowing this truth. I know with this truth that all is plentiful in my life. Every aspect of my life is full of abundance. I am physically, emotionally, and financially secure. I overflow in this abundance and lovingly share it with others. I give and receive love with ease. My life of truth simply IS peace, joy, happiness, love, and abundance.I give complete thanks living with this truth inside of me of pure goodness and I release it to the Universe knowing all is well.And so it is.
