    Dear carol- casually surfing the web, your website randomly popped up.
    It is sooooooo true that thought beget energy which beget matter.
    often times there is a need to intervene and change tracks there and then, thus rerouting.
    there are many ways to stop in your tracks and pause whist reassessing the journey ahead.
    there is no need to look back unless the need to apply the lessons learned in the moment is necessary.
    congratulate yourself and keep on.
