Low fat, high protein, juicing, non-processed, organic, Vegan, Vegetarian, South Beach, Adkins, the list goes on and on and on about options on what, when, where, and why you should eat certain foods. We spend a lot of time, energy, and money on choosing what will best serve our bodies, yet often find this to be our biggest hurdle of self judgment and thoughts that don’t serve us. How often have you said or had thoughts like “I shouldn’t have eaten that, that went straight to my hips, this causes cancer, etc.” Or perhaps when you’ve made the choice to eat healthy, yet you find yourself thinking or saying “I don’t like the taste of it, but it’s good for me, I force myself to eat better, etc.” Healthy eating is an amazing gift to give yourself. I encourage you to wrap that gift in the most vibrant shining wrapping paper called – healthy thoughts.
While you choose options that nourish your body to thrive and shine at it’s very brightest, I encourage you to fuel your mind, body, and spirit with thoughts that will inspire, empower, and encourage you to shine your brightest as well. As you feed your body, feed your soul with healthy and loving thoughts. Fill your soul of thoughts of worthiness, that YOU matter, love, health, abundance, peace, and empower yourself to make the choices that serve you as the world needs the best version of you! Every time you choose a thought that empowers you to be your best, YOU have served the world! Every time you choose a thought that empowers others, YOU have served the world!

Being aware of your thoughts as through awareness change can occur if chosen. When you catch yourself with a thought that doesn’t serve you, CELEBRATE it. Don’t celebrate the thought itself, but celebrate that you caught it and can now change it.
Choosing thoughts that serve you, others, and the world. Start your day out by affirming you will consciously choose thoughts that empower, uplift, support, and inspire you and others.
Being gentle with yourself and others as some choices can be challenging and need time to incorporate them into your life. If there weren’t a few bumps and valleys along the way, how would you recognize the smooth roads and peaks of life?
Mostly, I wish you a week filled with thoughts of how special you are. You are 1 in 7 billion!! You have the power to change your thoughts in a nana-second. You owe the world the best version of yourself, but more importantly, you owe YOU the best version of you. Be loving and gentle to yourself, others, and life, and I promise you will get love and gentleness back tenfold. Healthy thoughts allow you to soar where you once flew.
