Do you remember the childhood story of the little train engine that didn’t give up on her journey by repeating – I think I can, I think I can? The little engine had a large load to carry up the mountain, yet she didn’t give up. She asked for help from others until she found another little engine willing to embark on the journey with her. Together, the two of them pulled, chugged, and moved all the cars up the hill with success by affirming “I think I can, I think I can.”
When you are in a challenging situation, I encourage you to think of that little engine who didn’t give up. She didn’t complain and say why me. She didn’t lose faith. She didn’t stop and fall down the hill. She continued along her journey until she found the right resources to help her along her path.
AFFIRMATION: I can do anything that my heart desires.

For the next week I invite you to be YOUR little engine that could by:
Being grateful for exactly where you are right now, knowing that all is well in your world.
Seeking your truth of love, joy, peace, and a life lived fully.
Releasing any cars (negative thoughts) that might be holding you back. Stay on the track of your greatest passion even if others won’t join you, as I promise if you stay true to your passion, many others will gladly join you on your journey.
Finding a group who will lift you up, inspire you, support you, and simply love to laugh and have fun.
Mostly, my wish for you is by practicing “I think I can, I think I can,” you quickly start affirming “I know I can”. That you cherish the journey knowing you are your engine of love, laughter, peace, joy, and endless possibilities.
Until next week, I know you can, do you?
Keep living big, loving big, and laughing along the journey.
